Cannon Hill Anglican College Foundation Limited (The Foundation) is a Company Limited by Guarantee and exists to assist the College by providing an efficient, permanent fundraising mechanism for the long term development of the College and for specific building projects. The Foundation aims to support and assist the College in encouraging and fostering the interest and financial support of past students, parents and friends of the College to preserve, improve and develop its services, property and facilities.

Ordinary Members of the Foundation are those persons who from time to time are members of the College Council. The Directors of the Foundation Board comprises the College Principal, the Chairman of the College Council and those persons appointed by the Members of the Company.

The CHAC Foundation was established more than 10 years ago, when it was recognised that the College required a body of people to drive the ongoing development of the College to meet the ever growing demand for funding the growth of the College.

The objectives of the Foundation are to raise financial resources for the development of buildings and facilities, establishment of endowment funds for scholarships and bursaries, acting as ambassador to the wider public and business community, and sourcing of philanthropic contributions.
